突发公共事件中政府与媒体关系

摘要：我们生活的当今社会，媒体是发布信息的主要渠道，也是连接政府与群众之间沟通的桥梁，所以协调两者之间的关系是当今社会的需要。本文从近几年政府与媒体关系的背景出发，结合国内外的研究情况，并详细阐述了突发公共事件的概念、分类和特征、重点对政府的危机应对和媒体功能进行了深刻的分析。通过介绍国内外在应对突发公共事件中政府与媒体的关系，证实媒体在突发公共事件中的作用显著，进一步推论我国政府在应对突发公共事件时协调好媒体关系的必要性及意义，吸取国内外的成败经验，立足我国政府在应对突发公共事件中与媒体关系面临的实际问题，从理论和实践方面为政府在应对突发公共事件中提供与媒介沟通协调的策略。85692
