摘 要：解说服务对旅游者来说是必不可少的，是辅助旅游者顺利并深入了解景区的重要 手段，同时还有助于景区管理和展览品的保护。但是目前旅游解说系统并未得到足够的重 视，有关学术研究也尚处在起步阶段。本文以红色旅游景区——淮安纪念馆为例， 探究了纪念馆旅游解说系统现状以及游客的构成，通过分析纪念馆景区旅游 解说系统的优缺点，就不足提出了改进方案，希望能为纪念馆的发展献出绵薄之力， 进而带动淮安旅游业的发展。85768
