摘 要：互联网信息技术的不停进步，使人们的维权变得更加的方便和快捷，也间接的提高了人们的维权意识，通过使用网络这一利器，大多数人已经将其作为保护自己的合法权利的重要手段。基于此点，本文对网络社会众维权与社会维稳的问题进行剖析和探讨。首先对网络公众维权和社会维稳的相关知识进行介绍；而后对网络侵权行为进行论述；然后从拓宽了维权的渠道、减少大众维权的本钱、提高了公共维权的力度以及引发社会的关注等几个方面对网络维权的产生的影响好进行相关的论述和说明；紧接着对网络社会公众维权对社会维稳治理产生的负面影响进行阐述，如维权者发布虚假信息、对他人的人身造成伤害、引发社会的恐慌、削弱政府的公信力等；最后提出了网络社会公众维权推动社会稳定治理的主要措施有建立多元化的网络维权体系、提高维权者的到了伦理意识、加大对网络平台的技术监管、健全网络维权立法体系等，进而促进我国网络社会公众维权与社会维稳的治理。90635
