摘要：水是地球生物赖以存在的基础物质，它滋润着万物，哺育着生命，与我们的生活关系极为密切。本文以泰州市为研究对象，利用层次分析法，建立了泰州市水污染评价体系，分析了泰州市水资源利用存在的问题，并提出水资源保障措施。研究表明，泰州市的水污染情况严重，可利用的水资源也十分短缺，水资源的开发利用设备和技术不先进，人民的生活和社会经济的发展都受到这些问题的严重影响。这需要各企业提高生产技术水平和设备的先进性，政府需要加大监管和执政力度、加大对水资源保护的资金投入。同时，广大人民群众不仅要提高自己的保护水资源的意识也要积极支持和参与政府保护水资源的工作。91529

Abstract：Water is the basic material for the existence of the earth。 It moistens everything and feeds life, closely related to our life。 This paper takes Taizhou city as the object of study, based on the present situation of water resources in Taizhou City, set up the structure system of water pollution in Taizhou, combined with the existing problems and guarantee measures of water resources utilization in Taizhou City。 Research shows, the water pollution situation of Taizhou city is serious, the availability of water resources is shortage, the development and utilization of
