摘要：对于生产企业而言，库存的运营与管理非常重要，如果没有库存的管理，企业的生产与销售都无法完成。本文对库存的基本理论以及零库存管理的模式进行阐述，并运用对黑龙江药材公司的库存管理模式进行分析，得出优化库存管理的策略，可有效地降低企业的管理成本，对于我国相关企业优化库存有借鉴意义。首先，研究内容介绍了库存与库存管理相关的理论，以及零库存管理的内涵与发展；其次分析了我国药业的现状，并以黑龙江药材公司为例，分析其库存管理的现状，并对库存管理中存在的问题及产生的原因进行研究；最后，以零库存管理模式为基础，对黑龙江药材公司的库存管理进行分析，并对优化后的库存管理与优化前进行对比，得出，零库存管理模式具有优越性。92227
