摘要:本文首先研究了国内外安全经济学问题的研究现状，并对当前安全现状进行的分析后，发现楼宇建设的环节存在安全投资不足,或者安全投资分配不合理的问题普遍存在，而且目前对安全经济效益的研究都处于定性的阶段，在安全经济效益的量化研究方面还存在不足。为了解决这一问题,本文通过采用了安全经济学的相关理论、灰色系统分析理论、计量经济学方法以及相关应用软件eviews,还有数学建模相关软件matlab等方法，以某楼宇建设过程中安全经济效益优化的问题为研究对象，并结合该楼与的施工企业项目部的具体数据进行了工程实践，对该楼宇建筑过程中安全经济效益进行了定性和定量研究，最终得出了针对该楼宇建设安全投入的最优比例。并且通过这次工程实践,提出了在类似典型楼宇建设过程中合理分配安全投资可行性方法。37786

The application of safety economics in a typical building management
Abstract: This article first studied the domestic and foreign research status quo of safety economics, and after analysis of the current safety situation, find the link of the construction of building of the safety investment is insufficient, and the study of safety economic benefit are at the stage of qualitative, also exist in safety economic benefit of quantitative research. In order to solve this problem, this paper adopts the theory of safety economics, analysis of the grey system theory, and related application software eviews econometric methods, and methods of mathematical modeling a few related software matlab, taking a building construction safety economic benefit in the process of optimization problem as the research object, finally it is concluded that the optimum proportion of against the building construction safety input. And through the engineering practice, this paper puts forward the reasonable allocation in the process of typical building construction safety investment method.
