摘 要：随着时代的不断发展前进，我国私有企业已然变为国民经济的一个重要组成部分，私有企业的振兴不仅为我国的市场经济注入了新的活力，而且为我国的经济发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献。但是，我国私有企业的发展还在成长期，难免地存在着诸多的问题与矛盾，其中，员工激励就是其一。当前我国私有企业激励机制存在激励方式过于单一、私有企业在人力成本管理能力方面存在欠缺、缺乏有效沟通等问题。解决我国私有企业员工激励机制问题的要务在于，在丰富激励形式的同时注重精神激励，增强私有企业人力资源部门的管理能力，增强沟通，建立有效的意见反馈机制。92364
