摘要随着网络的普及，在电子商务平台网购的群体越来越庞大，对生鲜产品的需求也越来越旺盛，但是我国的冷链物流还处于初级阶段，本文通过SWOT分析法对我国生鲜电商冷链物流的优劣势、面临的机遇和挑战进行分析，并结合对文献的研究和对顺丰优选和京东生鲜的案例分析而提出相应的建议，为促进我国生鲜电商冷链物流的发展提供参考借鉴。88279
