摘要随着社会节奏的不断加快,社会生活环境的不断变化,人们在新的社会背景下对于生活目标、工作目标以及价值取向都有了一个新的定义。年轻员工成长在新的时代背景下,对于生活以及工作的期望与老员工都有差别。在企业的管理中,对于年轻员工的挫折教育的管理是企业管理面临的一个新的问题,在新的社会现实中,对于年轻员工的挫折教育的管理的现状如何,是本文研究的主要目的。64466
本研究主要采用的是案例研究,通过对江苏亿城投资管理有限公司的研究来着重讨论企业对年轻员工的挫折教育。对于调查对象是用的是问卷以及访谈的形式。通过问卷的研究发现年轻员工在工作中比老员工更加容易产生挫折感,并且在产生挫折的情境也有所差别,企业在年轻员工的挫折教育方面没有足够的重视,年轻员工在公司工作受到来自自身,组织,等等各个方面的压力以及挫折情境。
本文通过对企业挫折教育管理的研究发现年轻员工挫折教育管理的中存在的问题,根据问题提出一些改善和干预意见,为后来的研究者铺一块垫脚石。

Title A Research of Younger employees’ Management on Frustration Education
Abstract
With the accelerating pace of society and the changing environment of social life. People in the new social context have a new definition of life goals, objectives and values. Younger grew up in the context of the new era. They have different expectations of life and work. In the management of the enterprise, the younger employees’ management of frustration education is becoming more important. It’s a new management problem. The younger employees’ management of frustration education is the main purpose of this study.
This paper uses the case study approach. By studying Jiangsu Billion City Investment Management Limited to focus on enterprise education of young employees frustration. Research using questionnaires and interviews. Through the questionnaire study we found that younger employees are more easily frustrated than older employees at work. Enterprises in the education of young employees’ frustration not paid enough attention. The younger employees suffered from their own work in the company, organization, and all aspects of situational pressures and frustrations.
This article based on the enterprise education of frustration management study, and found some younger employees’ management of frustration problems. According to the problem, we made some improvement and intervention views to be a stepping stone later researchers.
