摘 要：随着旅游业地不断发展，旅游业在经济行业中占据了越来越重要的地位，特别是具有民族特色的旅游业发展更是备受瞩目。恩施州作为湖北省唯一纳入西部大开发的地区。随着国家西部大开发和区域协调发展战略的实施带来了一系列政策优势，打造恩施州自己的旅游特色将成为发展方向。本文基于对国内外区域旅游和区域旅游开发相关研究文献进行综述的基础之上，结合恩施州自身的资源情况，对恩施州旅游发展发展趋势作了相关分析。然后运用 SWOT 分析方法对恩施州旅游开发存在的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁做了全面分析，发现恩施州在政府支持法律保障、地理位置、历史文化方面存在着优势，在交通道路状况、服务水平、营销方式和资金投入方面存在劣势，在国际旅游战略性发展中存在机会，在同类旅游产品竞争和文化冲击方面存在威胁。94140

Abstract：as the development of tourism ,it plays an important role in economy 。especially the tourism industry with national characteristics。 Enshi joined into the western development as the only province in Hubei。 With the implementation of the national western development and regional coordinated development strategy has brought a series of policy advantages, to create Enshi own tourism characteristics will become the development direction。 By studying the review of the research literature on regional tourism and regional tourism development at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the development trend of tourism in Enshi province with its own resources situation。 Then, the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of tourism development in Enshi。 It is found that Enshi has the advantage of the legal protection, geographical location, history and culture。 But the disadvantages showed on the traffic, marketing methods and capital investment。 Besides, Enshi has opportunities in the strategic development of international tourism。 What is the bad thing, the same product competition and the current cultural shock will pose a threat to its tourism industry。
