Misunderstanding between the Enterprise in the Recruitment Process and Avoid Measures Analysis——Taking A Company as an Example
Abstract:In twenty-first Century, along with the rapid development of computer technology, the era of knowledge economy talents also follow, enterprise from a single type of labor industry gradually transformed into knowledge intensive industry, more and more attention of enterprises for talents, enterprise talent competitiveness has become more and more fierce。 One of the main channels of recruitment as the enterprise acquiring talent, and is closely related to the future development of enterprises, but due to various factors, the process of enterprise recruitment is not mature, this paper discusses the problems of the recruitment activities, and through the discussion of the case to find the corresponding measures to avoid the misunderstanding of recruitment。
