摘要：近年来，配送中心作为整个物流系统中的重要节点，已经成为传统的生产制造业延伸产业链、应对市场竞争的主要方式。为了逐步提高企业核心竞争力，给客户带来更优质的服务，本文综合分析经济、交通、安全等各项因素，开展配送中心的选址问题研究。该研究运用CFLP模型进行选址决策；运用线性回归方程计算未来需求量；运用显著性检验回归方程的线性关系。最后，以CH智联股份有限公司为例，展开案例分析，选出合适的配送中心。CH公司通过在浙江省建立配送中心，首先，可以实现对下游客户的“门对门”服务，加大对中小型市场的开发力度；其次，能够满足对客户的“JIT”服务；最终，能够减少成本、库存和资金占用等，通过加工为下游用户提供增值服务从而实现盈利。

Study  on location problem  of CH  Chemical  Distribution Center

Abstract：In recent years, the distribution center has become an important network node in the whole logistics system. At present, the construction of distribution centers has become the traditional manufacturing industry to extend the industrial chain, and the main way to deal with market competition. This article comprehensively analyzes the construction and transportation costs, carries out the construction of the distribution center, and gradually promotes the core competitiveness of enterprises, provide better service to customers. In this paper, the CFLP model is used for location decision- making; the linear regression equation is used to calculate the future demand. Finally, take CH as an example, expand case studies, and select the appropriate distribution center. first of all, CH company can achieve the downstream customers "door to door" service through distribution in the target market in Zhejiang province distribution center, increasing the development of small and medium-sized market. At the same time, to meet the customer's "JIT" service. Finally, it can reduce costs, inventory and capital usage, and achieve profitability through processing to provide  value-added  services  to downstream  users.
