摘要：随着上海老龄化程度日趋严重，各种养老模式日益成熟，此时针对郊区老年人群的郊区居家养老模式开始受到越来越多的关注和探讨。本文以Q镇居家养老服务中心为例，主要采用文献研究、实地考察法相结合的研究的方式协助郊区居家养老服务中心提升服务质量，迈向专业化；以个案访谈，问卷调查法等方式协助郊区居家养老受助服务对象倾听诉求，解决问题，提升其自助能力，增强其对于服务方的满意度。同时本文欲从通过专业社会工作的介入、扮演协调者的角度入手，帮助郊区居家养老服务方和居家养老服务对象之间找寻一个平衡点，促进郊区居家养老服务的发展，来体现社会工作对两方起到的积极作用。27760
