摘要:本文概述了选题的目的与意义,并列出了国内外的安全管理现状。针对目前建筑行业安全管理和安全事故的情况,通过对这十年来建筑行业事故统计分析,以及施工过程中一些关键的危险因素进行探讨,通过运用FTA、PHA、LEC等分析方法对建筑施工现场常见的五大类伤害事故(高处坠落、坍塌、物体打击、触电、机械伤害)以及其他常见事故的隐患进行了分析,对事故的原因进行了归纳总结,总结了事故隐患的特点,透过事故的表象分析了我们安全管理工作还有待加强。根据对事故隐患的分析,并结合某建筑施工现场的施工特点,针对防坠落水平安全绳进行了安全防护改进。最后制定了相应的防治对策,并从制度管理和技术改进这两个方面对事故隐患进行了防治对策研究。34064
