摘 要：随着社会发展与高校的扩招，大学生的就业问题引起关注，而大学生自主创业可以有效解决大学生就业问题。但是大学生自主创业行为受到个人自主创业意识的影响。本文对学院在校大学生自主创业意识进行问卷调查。结果表明，周口师范学院在校大学生自主创业意识处于一个相对较低的水平，并根据现状分析影响在校大学生自主创业意识的因素，最后从个人、学校、家庭、社会四个方面提出培养在校大学生自主创业意识的相关建议。35138

The Investigation Of The Consciousness Of College Students Self- Employment-In ZhouKou Normal University
Abstract: with the development of society and the expansion plan of colleges and universities, the undergraduate employment problems cause for concern, and the college students' self– employment is an effective way to solve the college students' self– employment pressure. however, the awareness of colleges' own business makes influence to the college students' self–employment. This paper takes a qustionnare survey of the awareness of college students' own business in zhoukou normal university. The research results show that zhoukou normal university students' awareness of their own business at a lower level. And the article analyzes the causes of the college students' self–employment awareness based on the status, and provides related suggestions on the development of college students' self–employment awareness at the four aspects: inpidual, school ,family and society. .

在校大学生自主创业意识的调查
前言
由于社会经济的发展，高等院校的扩招，大学生队伍日益壮大，大学生的就业形势则愈显严峻。在校大学生在毕业后走自主创业这条路对于在校大学生来说，不仅是才华的释放，更重要的是能够解决大学生就业问题。然而，当前的现状却是：在很多高校里大学生群体中，自主创业方面有所欠缺，他们的创业水平较低。又因为个体的自主创业行为受到个体自主创业的意识的影响。因此，若想解决大学生毕业后的就业问题，就必须要培养在校大学生自主创业意识。又因为河南作为一个中部大省，和地处经济发达的沿海地区相比，在校大学生的自主创业意识具有一定的典型性，笔者所在的周口师范学院在河南省又有很强的代表性，在以往研究的基础上，调查周口师范学院大学生的创业意识具有很强的理论意义和现实意义。鉴于此因调查周口师范学院大学生当前自主创业意识的现状及其影响因素，并根据现状和其影响因素提出相应解决办法，不仅为本校大学生自主创业提供必要地帮助，也为河南省很多高校大学生自主创业提供参考与指南。基于上述问题，本文拟采用问卷调查、面谈及其它相关的调查方式，对周口师范学院在校大学生的自主创业意识现状进行调查，分析其中相关原因，然后提出提高高校学生在自主创业意识方面的合理建议。 在校大学生自主创业意识的调查:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_32948.html
