摘要：自1995年我国国有企业改革起，大学生的就业问题就凸显出来，据不完全统计，我国高校毕业生人数已突破七百万，预计有持续增长的趋势。大学生失业问题已经成为有关部门高度重视的课题，同时大学生的充分就业对我国的经济发展，以及社会的稳定有着重要作用。本研究通过对全国十二个省市的100名高校毕业生发放问卷调查，探究大学生失业的现状、毕业生对未来的就业期望及在就业过程中所面临的困境。研究结果显示，大学生的失业问题是多方面因素相互作用导致的，超过一半以上的被调查者认为，大学生的失业问题政府需负首要责任。本文结尾部分提出了有关减缓大学生失业现象的对策以及建议。35187

China's unemployment situations analysis and policies research at present

Abstract：Since the reform of state-owned enterprises in 1995，The employment problem of college students is highlighted in our country。According to incomplete statistics，in 2014,The number of college graduates has broken through seven million in China，is expected to has a growing trend in 2015. College students' unemployment has become a great important topic of relevant departments. At the same time .The full employment of college students play an important role on our country‘s economic development and social stability. This research through to survey of 100 university graduates in 12 provinces of China, to explore the status quo of college students' unemployment, and graduate’s employment expectations for the future and facing difficulties in the process of employment. The results showed that, More than half of the respondents think that the government needs to bear primary responsibility in the graduate unemployment problem. In this paper, the last part puts forward the measures and Suggestions related to alleviate unemployment of graduate unemployment problem.
