摘 要：建设社会主义新农村，是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。农民群众既是新农村建设的受益主体，也是新农村建设的主体，所以他们的意愿对新农村建设非常重要。这些年政府实行了各种惠农政策来调动群众参与新农村建设的积极性。这些措施虽然取得了一定成效，但从整体来看，仍然存在农民在新农村建设主体作用发挥不够的问题。新农村建设应从实际出发，遵从农民意愿，充分发挥农民的主体作用，扎实而有效推进新农村建设。35398

改革开放以来，随着我国经济建设的不断发展，农业出现了在经济社会发展中落后的局面，对整个国民经济的健康发展所带来消极影响也越来越严重。为了使我国经济加快发展，为了加快我国的社会主义实现现代化的进程，促进农村、农业的现代化。在第十优尔届全国人民代表大会上我明确指出，“要加强社会主义新农村建设。”在2015年3月5日，李克强总理所做的政府工作报告中明确提出，“加快推进农业现代化。坚持‘三农’重中之重地位不动摇，加快转变农业发展方式，让农业更强、农民更富、农村更美。”可见，我国和政府对于发展农业、建设社会主义新农、提高农民收入等工作十分重视。面对新的历史阶段，新的发展时期，进行新农村建设，是推动我国经济不断进步的重要举措。对于促进社会的发展，进一步提高我国人民的生活现状有非常意义。同时新农村构建的进行，也有利于促进我国经济的增长以及进步。在我国进行新从村建设既有理论意义也有实践价值，是有助于改善农民生活状况的惠民政策。 新农村建设中群众意愿现状分析:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_33318.html
