摘要：当前的社会环境越来越复杂，在这样一个形式下，影响大学生心理问题的因素也变得越来越多，其中不乏心理契约这一方面的重要存在。因此，为了使教育工作者能够更好的研究贯彻学生管理方面的问题，对心理契约的探究就变得十分重要。心理契约作为组织内部成员之间关于对彼此的冀望与认知，为大学生的管理工作提供了新的思路。本文基于心理契约的视角，研究南京地区部分高校的在校大学生心理契约情况，以此调查结果为基础对大学生管理的相关问题提供科学的问卷结构模型及相关可行性建议。37972

The management of college students based on psychological contract
Abstract：In the face of the complex social environment,factors contributing to the psychological problems of college students become more and more while psychological contract is an important one of them.It is of great significance for educators to study and implement student management by exploring psychological contract between the college students.As mutual expectations and self-recognition for  internal members of  organization,psychological contract open a new approach for the management of the college students.From the perspective of psychological contract,this study will study on the psychological contract of college students of several areas in Nanjing.And offer scientific questionnaire structure model and some relevant feasible suggestions, which based on the outcome of the inquiry.
