摘 要：当代大学生素质存在的问题日益凸显，同时也受到了社会各界的普遍关注。经过对企业的调查发现，企业认为大学生的素质普遍不高，并且与用人单位的实际需求有一定的差距，具体表现在：大学生的基本素质不高；大学生的知识水平不高，他们的专业知识和专业技能低；大学生缺乏一定的能力素质；大学生缺乏一定的心理素质。针对这些问题，企业觉得高校应该把大学生的素质和企业要求作为出发点，认真落实国家素质教育的理念，强化学生的基本素质；大学生也要学会自主学习，提高自己的知识水平；要加强与学校的合作，提高大学生的能力素质；加强对大学生心理健康知识的培养，提高大学生的心理水平，促进大学生身心健康发展。38227

The Enterprise of Cognition And Thinking of College Students'Quality Requirements
Abstract:The quality of college students is becoming increasingly prominent, also received attention from all sectors of society. Enterprises believe that the quality of the college students is generally not high, the actual demand and with the employing units have a certain gap, the specific performance in: the basic quality of college students is not high; the knowledge level of college students is not high, their professional knowledge and professional skills of low; college students lack the ability of certain; college students lack certain psychological quality. 前言
