Research on the Model of Entrepreneur of the College Student摘要随着市场经济的不断发展，中国的市场结构发生了巨大的变化，高校毕业生逐年增加，就业形势愈加紧张。互联网的发展带来了电子商务的腾飞，90后财富神话成为了激励大学生创业的源泉，本文通过大学生创业案例，分析大学生创业的动机与模式，以期找出当今社会环境下，适合大学生实际情况的创业模式，提高我国创业成功率。38467
本文首先论述了大学生创业的意义，从中外学者的研究结论中总结了对大学生创业模式的研究现状。第二部分结合了我国大学生创业的实际情况，从政府、高校、家庭等多方面归纳了影响大学生创业的内外部因素。同时根据在校大学生创业的实际案例，描述了初创者的创业过程，分析了我国大学生创业的动机、找出我国大学生创业目前存在的问题并对出现问题的原因作了分析。最后，根据理论基础和实际案例分别按照创业时间归纳出大学生创业的三种模式:兼职型创业、休学创业和大学后创业；基于创业形式划分为积累演进模式、连锁复制模式、分化拓展模式、技术风险模式、模拟孵化模式、概念创新模式
得出结论: 在创业的不同发展时期，创业模式也需要根据实时情况做一些变更，但对于大学期间的创业者们，必须权衡创业与学业的关系，根据调研情况，选择毕业后创业的人数最大，成功率也最高，而结合当今的经济发展趋势，模拟孵化模式和概念创新模式是最有利于大学生创业者的两种方式。
