摘要随着经济社会的快速发展，城市化进程的日益加快，引发的用地不合理的问题也日益突出。在这样的背景下，为了解决土地问题，从而促进土地资源的可持续利用，提高土地集约利用程度，土地整治工作的有序开展变得尤其重要。本文在认真阅读了相关文献的基础上，以土地整治这个大方面为出发点，着重探究了淮南市的农村建设用地整治潜力，根据淮南市农村建设用地的现状特点，测算了其农村建设用地整治的潜力，对全市农村建设用地整治潜力进行划分，将全市农村建设用地整治潜力划分为4级，再利用ArcGis软件将淮南市的潜力区域分布绘制成图，更加直观的体现潜力分布情况；最后结合测算分析的结果对其今后的农村建设用地整治工作提出了自己的见解，着重从农村建设用地整治模式及筹资渠道等方面提出了相关建议，希望能够为今后淮南市的农村建设用地整治提供参考依据。39161
