摘要：建筑工程安全施工管理的首要问题就是建立和完善出一个良好的安全施工管理体系以此来促使建筑工程施工项目向着规化的方向迈步前进。它包括了提高施工人员的安全意识强化施工人员的安全教育将安全施工管理落实到人加强施工现场的安全巡视检查实现安全防护的规范化严格执行施工安全的考核制度重视安全事故的施工应急预案等方面的内容。40989
本文具体对于某建筑工程施工项目运用模糊综合评价法进行评价，通过搜集项目具体资料、参考文献、请专家进行评分并对该项目进行具体的安全分析，听取专家意见并基于当前我国建筑工程安全施工管理现状的基础上，对安全施工管理在建筑工程施工中的各项具体措施进行了深入地重要性分析和研究。分析结果显示该建筑工程安全方面评价为较好，并在分析结束后对于该项目出现的薄弱环节例如消防措施、防护、粉尘等问题提出相应的解决对策。通过对于本课题的研究得出虽然安全分析显示安全状况等级较高，但还是会有薄弱环节，我们应在建筑工程施工之前就做好安全施工管理的准备，而且还要在建筑工程施工的过程中随时发现和纠正施工现场的各类违章、违规作业，将建筑工程施工的安全隐患扼杀在萌芽状态中。
