新媒体环境下大学生宅现象研究

摘 要随着互联网、手机等新媒体的普及,大学生“宅”现象也日益凸显。本文从大学生“宅”的行为表现、大学生群体对“宅”的认知、 “宅”的原因及影响因素、 “宅”的利弊等方面对大学生“宅”现象展开研究。调查结果显示:大学生“宅”的行为特征主要表现为依赖网络、足不出户、久坐不动、经常熬夜等;大学生对“宅”的正负功能都有一定的认知;大学生“宅”在室内的主要原因有懒得出门、个人习惯、网络服务形式多样化、以及学校课外活动单调等。大学生的日上网时长、运动情况以及同宿舍经常“宅”居人数等都是大学生“宅”现象的主要影响因素。大学生“宅”生活有利有弊,针对大学生“宅”现象的消极影响,并结合“宅”现象产生的原因及影响因素分析,本文尝试从大学生个人努力、校园文化建设以及社会态度三个层面探讨应对大学生“宅”现象的有效方法。41245

The paper studies the phenomenon from the perspective of behavioralexpression of indoors college students, the cognition of college students on the indoorbehaviors, the cause for indoor behaviors and influence factors of indoor behaviors,and the advantages and disadvantages of indoor behaviors and others. According tothe survey results, in the case of behavioral characteristics, indoor college studentsmainly like to rely on network, remain within doors, keep sedentary, and often stay uplate and so on; college students have certain cognition on the positive and negativefunctions of the indoor behaviors; the main reasons for indoor phenomenon of collegestudents include personal habits, laziness, persified network services, andmonotonous extracurricular activities. The factors such as daily time length on theInternet, movement condition, and the number of roommates who often keeps indoorshave a main influence on the phenomenon that college students choose to live anindoor life. The indoor life of college students has its advantages and disadvantages.The paper focuses on the disadvantages and combines with the reasons and influencefactors for indoor phenomenon to try to analyze the effective way to deal with theindoor phenomenon of college students from the three aspects of inpidual efforts,the construction of campus culture, and social attitude.
