摘要海绵城市思想的实践，就是为了针对性解决当前许多国内城市“旱涝急转”、“逢雨必涝”的顽疾。海绵城市建设作为融入城市总体规划全方位的重要内容，也应当借鉴“反规划”思想的精髓。从战略的高度，建立起具有“海绵化”特征的景观安全格局，使未来的海绵城市实践，更多的依赖农田、森林、草地及湿地生态系统对水循环的贡献，而非耗费巨大的投入改造城市生态系统以实现城市的“海绵化”。本文以国家海绵城市建设试点城市南宁市为例，从宏观和长远发展的角度，探讨“反规划”思想与海绵城市建设实践的有机结合，为当下及未来海绵城市建设的良性发展提供更多有益参考。42704

Research on the Sponge City based on the idea of "Anti-planning"
Taking Nanning city as an example
Abstract Practice of the idea of Sponge City, is to solve many of the current domestic city "Drought-flood Abrupt Alternation", " Every rain will flood" problem. As an important part of the overall planning of city, the construction of Sponge City should also draw lessons from the essence of the "Anti-planning" thought. From a strategic height, establish with "sponge" features of the landscape security pattern, make future Sponge City practice, more dependent on farmland, forest, grassland and wetland ecosystem contribution to water cycle, rather than spend a huge investment in the transformation of urban ecological system to realize city "sponge".In this paper，based on the National Sponge City Construction Pilot Cities of Nanning as an example, from the macro and long-term development perspective, to explore the organic combination of "Anti- planning" thought and practice of the construction of the Sponge City. And provide more useful reference for the present and future development of the Sponge City construction.
