摘要：本文运用问卷调查的方式和对学生社团发展的基本理论进行研究分析，以上海应用技术大学的社团发展状况为调研对象，分析高校社团发展中的问题：管理体制、社团构成、经费来源、社团功能；在发展历史、管理政策、运行机制、经费管理上与国外的高校学生社团进行对比；研究影响高校社团发展的因素：社团类型、管理机制、个人综合素质、学校关注度、社团经费等，最后得出促进高校社团发展的对策和建议。这些结论对于我国高校学生的社团发展有极大的帮助，有利于提高我国高校学生的综合素质、创新能力、管理能力、实践能力，提高我国的教育水平。42850

A research on the problems and countermeasures in the development of College Students' associations: an investigation based on the Shanghai University of Technology
Abstract: This article uses the way of questionnaire investigation and the basic theory about the development of the students’ associations to carry on the research.Taking the associations development of Shanghai University of technology as the research object. Analysis of the problems in the development of university associations: management system, community composition, sources of funding, the association function. Compared the development history, management policy, operational mechanism, funds management with foreign college students’ associations. Studying the factors that affect the development of University Associations: community types, management mechanism, inpidual comprehensive quality, attention rate of the schools, community funds and so on. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions are obtained to promote community development of colleges and universities. These conclusions are of great help to the development of College Students' associations in our country, which is helpful to improve the students’ comprehensive quality, innovative ability, management ability, practical ability and improve the level of education in our country.
