摘要伴随着80后逐渐走进社会,在社会中稳定下来,也逐步成为社会及企业的中坚力量,取而代之,便是刚踏入社会的90后,在工作中,90后员工与企业、与管理人员的矛盾也瞬间升温成为社会关注的焦点,同时也成为众多学者的研究对象。本文通过以碧桂园总部的“90后”员工作为研究对象进行了调查、访谈,进而,从心理到思想,再到行为来了解现实中他们个性强、学习能力强但又吃不了苦等特点以及在工作中所存在的缺乏工作技能和专业知识等问题,并根据所存在的问题有针对性地提出完善培训体系、提升工作技能等相应的决策,为帮助企业更好地了解、认识和管理“90后”员工,提供一定的理论参考。45165

Abstract
As the generation after 80s gradually enter the society and settle down, they become the mainsaty of our society and enterprises. On the contrary, the generation after 90s who just began their social work have contradiction with enterprises and administative staffs, which becomes the focus of society as well as the research object of many scholars. This article is baed on the investigation and interviews of staffs of the generation after 90s in the headquarter of County Garden company. Through the above means, their personality and characteristic of excellent learning ability while being tender with problems existing in the work of the lack of job skills and professional knowledge can be revealed from mentally and phsically. Correspondent solutions to these problems are put forward toimprove the training system, work skills and the others, in order to help enterprises better understand and manage the staffs of the generation after 90s as well as provide certain theoretical reference.
