摘要随着广东省社会信用体系的大力建设，社会信用信息征集作为广东省社会信用体系建设一个基础环节，对改善广东省企业融资环境，促进经济发展具有重要意义；对保护个人信用信息隐私，建立完善的社会信用信息征集体系具有重要作用。45515
本文对广东省社会信用信息征集进行调查以及存在问题等方面进行分析，并提出一些对策建议。在分析广东省社会信用信息征集中存在的问题时，分别从政府和企业方面对问题进行分析。在政府方面，分析可得出社会信用信息法律条例不健全；社会信用信息保障机制不完善。在企业方面，分析可得出信用信息数据不真实、不全面；部门间信用信息壁垒严重。
在调查分析的基础上，提出有助于解决广东省社会信用信息征集存在问题的建议。表明经过分析得出的有助于解决问题的建议是合理的、可行的，对政府部门改善社会信用信息征集中的问题具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
The vigorous construction of the Guangdong Province Social Credit System, as the basis of the Social Credit System, Social Credit Information Collection holds the key to improve the financing environment of Guangdong enterprises. To establish a perfect Social Credit Information System is of great significance to protect the privacy of the inpidual credit information.
This dissertation conducts a survey with Social Credit Information Collection in Guangdong Province, which will help solve the problems that exist in Social Credit Information Collection and provide government sectors with advice to improve Social Credit System.
The present researcher analyzes the problems in two perspectives, the government and the enterprise. In the perspective of government, it is shown that laws and regulations of Social Credit Information are unsound and the Social Credit Information Security System is imperfect. In another perspective of enterprise, it is shown that the data of credit information is not trustful and not full-scale and the information barrier is heavy between different departments.
Based on the research and analysis, this dissertation provides advice to solve the problems that exist in Guangdong Social Credit Information Collection. It is shown that the advice is reasonable and feasible, which is beneficial to improving those problems.
