摘要目前，随着我国零售市场经济不断的发展、中小企业规模、数量的日益扩张，超市之间竞争越演越烈，因此对企业存货管理方面的要求不断提高。正是因为关注的程度提高了，存货管理模式方面存在的问题也就显现出来了。经过学者的研究与调查；经营者的不断实践与总结，其实很容易发现，在我国大部分零售企业在存货管理方面都存在或多或少的问题。例如怎样提高物资以及企业资金的使用效率，如何加强企业存货管理，保证企业存货的高速运转，以及确保企业生产经营活动的稳定、持续，已经成为我国各企业的当务之急。联华超市是联华旗下业态品牌：超级市场，与其他传统的零售业一样，在电商对大型线下超市冲击情况下，卖的商品无论从价格还是种类，都缺少产品竞争力，因而会存在商品滞留现象，面临着存货管理的问题，即企业存货量较大，技术管理薄弱，不能及时流通等问题。所以本篇论文的目的是为了对零售业存货管理运营过程中存在的问题进行分析并利用专业的存货管理的办法来解决这些问题。制定合理完善的存货绩效考核制度，从而改变企业存货现状等。46118
