摘要自从蒸汽机诞生以来，世界成长的速度就在一直加快。如今的我们被自己逼上了“穷途末路”。欧洲在工业革命二百多年之后，人们渐渐开始反省且决定要给自己的生活来一个减速——减速指的并不仅仅是其字面意思，而是说可持续的发展、更高效的工作，还有更加富有趣的生活。1999年意大利四市的市长共同倡导人们加入到“慢城运动”中来，并且迅速在全球范围内形成了一个国际性的城市网络，也就是现在为人所熟知的国际慢城协会，并且发表了《国际慢城宪章》，因此也就有了最早的慢城，后来越来越多的国家开始加入到“慢城运动”中来，并且创建了拥有各自特色的慢城。意大利奥委托作为慢城的鼻祖，许多慢城都是将其作为标准来建造的。中国高淳则是以“桠溪镇生态之旅”被世界慢城组织正式授予了“国际慢城”的这个称号，并且亦是中国首个加入慢城联盟的地区。本文罗列了一些国际慢城联盟的标准，并将国外先进案例进行深入对比研究，找到桠溪慢城旅游发展的尚待改进之处和制约因素，并且为桠溪的慢城建设与国内慢旅游建设给出了对策建议。46409
