城镇化过程中农民职业素养转变问题研究

摘要目前，学术界对于城镇化过程中农民职业素养转变问题的研究主要停留在职业技能这一层面上，涉及农民全面的职业素养研究的文献还不是很多，但是随着农村城镇化的快速发展，农民仅仅只有职业技能是不够的，他们更需要提高的是全面的职业素养。本文将研究重点放在了职业素养更为内在的方面，除了职业技能外，还注重研究职业道德、职业意识以及职业行为，更加关注农民职业素养的“意识层面”。试图通过实证研究评估目前城镇化水平较好的农村中农民各方面的职业素养的掌握程度，进一步指出现存的不足并加以改进，真正做到职业素养的全面提高。尽管目前越来越重视提高农民的职业素养，但是农民的职业素养是否真正从内在的方面得以提高还有待论证。因此，我们应该要正确评估农民群体的职业素养水平，并在此基础上找出问题，提出对策，进一步提高农民的职业素养。47405

At present, the academic process of the research on the transforming of the farmers' professional quality in urbanization just stay on the researching of vocational skills. The studying of farmers’ comprehensive professionalism is not a lot, but with the rapid development of urbanization in rural areas, farmers with only vocational skills are not enough, they need to improve the overall professionalism. This article will focus on the study of more intrinsic aspects of professionalism, in addition to vocational skills, but also focus on research ethics, career awareness and professional behavior, and pay more attention to the professionalism of the farmers’ consciousness. This paper attempts to better assess the current level of empirical study of the extent of urbanization in rural areas farmers mastered all aspects of professionalism, and then pointed out that the existing deficiencies and make improvements, truly and comprehensively improve professionalism. Despite the increasing emphasis on improving their professionalism, but the farmers’ professionalism really improved from the inner aspect remains to be demonstrated. Therefore, we should properly assess the level of professionalism of farmers groups and on this basis to identify problems, propose measures to improve the farmers' professionalism.
