摘要城市空巢老人的养老问题是我国城市社区居家养老服务面临的一个重要问题。一方面，由于家庭对老年人照料功能的逐渐弱化，空巢老人的生存状态令人堪忧；另一方面，社会系统的助老资源和功能明显不足，使得空巢老人在面对生活问题的过程中陷入困境。如何使空巢老人安度晚年，已成为当今社会一个亟待解决的问题。47924
社会工作秉承着“助人自助”的价值理念，帮助空巢老人解决当下需求、寻找解决问题的最佳途径，发现和实现受助者的自身价值。本文通过对文献资料的收集查阅，总结出城市空巢老人的需求，并从小组工作的专业理念和方法出发，分析建立城市空巢老人互助支持网络的重要性和可行性，以成功案例为参考，为城市空巢老人设计了一份互助网络支持体系的计划书，这种通过小组工作方法建立空巢老人社会支持网络的方法，为解决中国社会的养老问题提供了一个新的视角。
目前我国通过小组工作方法为空巢老人建立互助网络支持系统的相关研究不多，笔者希望通过本文的研究为解决由于人口老龄化而带来的养老问题提供了一个新的可能，这种方法和理念不仅可以运用到空巢老人群体中，还可以用于解决其他的社会问题。

一、研究背景与问题的提出
1.城市空巢老人的现状与问题
改革开放以来，我国城市社会结构发生急剧变迁。中国人口老龄化的发展速度十分迅猛，由于家庭结构，和人们思想观念的进步，再加上青少年就业难，使得家庭养老功能也日渐衰退。目前我国城市空巢老人数量正在渐渐增多，根据民政部发布的数据，目前中国城乡的空巢家庭超过50%。并且有专家预计，到2030年，空巢老龄家庭比例或达90%。城市中大部分空巢老人都有退休金和医疗保障，能够保障自我的基本生存，只是缺乏子女的关心照顾。而乡村的空巢老人除了没有子女的照顾之外，他们大多数没有稳定的收入，有时连基本生活都无法保障。除此以外，空巢老人还面临着医疗保障，社区服务，社会支持不完善等因素的问题。同时，空巢老人由于长期独自居住而缺乏交流引起的心理问题，例如个人价值观丧失，老年抑郁等也是目前最主要的问题。这是国内外共同关注的问题。 基于小组工作视角城市空巢老人互助网络构建的路径研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_50220.html
