摘要加强农耕园基础设施建设优化是推进以农耕园为主体的观光农业可持续发展，提升经济社会效益的重要举措。本研究在深入调研张家港农耕园的基础上，发现基础设施存在着旅游信息化建设缓慢、服务能力较差、交通基础设施建设相对滞后、 资金投入仍显不足等问题。根据可竞争市场原理，借鉴国内外旅游基础设施建设的相关的经验，提出了加快园区基础设施和服务设施建设、加强农耕园内外交通基础设施建设等优化张家港市农耕园基础设施相关的对策建议，借以推进张家港市农耕园基础设施建设。49521

Research on the Infrastructure Optimization of Zhangjiagang Agriculture Park
Abstract Strengthening the infrastructure optimization of Agriculture Park is an important measure for promoting the sustainable development of tourism agriculture, which centers on Agriculture Park, and advancing economic and social benefits. This paper researches the infrastructure of Agriculture Park in Zhangjiagang by field survey and finds that there are many problems in its infrastructure, such as tourism information construction is very slow, service ability and traffic infrastructure are poor, as well as funding input is insufficient, and so on. Based on the contestable market theory and experiences from home and abroad, this paper puts forward some suggestions, including accelerating the construction of park infrastructure and service facilities, enhancing the traffic infrastructure construction inside and outside of the agricultural park, so as to advance the infrastructure construction of Agriculture Park in Zhangjiagang..

0 引言
世界银行经济学家研究指出：基础设施能力是与经济产业同步增长的,基础设施存量每增长1%，GDP就会增长1%，可见旅游基础设施供给充分，有利于生产要素的自由流动，有利于资源的合理配置，有利于经济增长，而且，据相关研究，基础设施建设具有所谓“乘数效应”，即能带来几倍于投资额的社会总需求和国民收入。一个国家或地区的基础设施是否完善，是其经济是否可以长期持续稳定发展的重要基础。
