摘要：随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入，每年各个高校的招生规模也在不断增加，这也就导致了每年毕业生的数量显著增加，进而导致其就业压力明显增大。其中，尤其是作为就业弱势群体的女大学生，其就业情况再次成为我们全社会关注的热点问题。为更好的了解目前女大学生的就业情况，本文以就业问题为调查切入点，通过对部分女大学生进行问卷调查，从女大学生的自我认知、就业期望、人口统计学特征对女大学生就业的影响等方面进行调查分析，搜集众多学者观点及部分文献信息对女大学生就业问题进行简要分析综述，并提出一些建议及对策。49871

Investigation of Employment for Women Graduates
Abstract: With the deepening of China's reform of higher education, colleges and universities each year enrollment is also increasing, which also led to a significant number of graduates per year increase, which led to increasing the pressure on employment. 女大学生就业问题调查分析 前言
女大学生就业问题与整个社会息息相关。由于目前我国国内的研究大多集中在全体大学生方面，而对女大学生研究不够重视，有关女大学生的就业问题的调查研究分析更是少之又少。对此，我们随机选取了部分女大学生进行问卷调查，旨在客观真实地了解女大学生的就业现状，针对其就业问题，认真总结并分析原因，积极探寻解决女大学生就业问题的良策。调查结果显示：多数女大学生倾向于选择经济发达地区进行就业；就业期望对女大学生就业影响较大；就业意向在性别和生源地等人口统计学特征上有着显著的差异。本文结合一些国内外学者的观点、调查问卷数据及部分文献信息对我国女大学生就业问题进行简要分析综述，并提出相关的建议和对策。[1]。 女大学生就业问题调查分析:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_52995.html
