摘要第三方物流企业战略联盟是第三方物流企业为适应市场竞争、实现资源共享,在第三方物流企业间建立的战略联盟。本文根据我国第三方物流企业的现状，分析建立第三方物流企业战略联盟建立的可行性，并基于SWOT分析，分析其建立的可行性，并指出建立战略过程中所需注意的相关问题，同时，希望本文对我国第三方物流企业战略联盟建立有借鉴作用，以谋得我国第三方物流企业战略联盟整体水平的提高。50011
Research on the Strategic Alliance of The Third-party Logistics Enterprises In our country
Abstract The Strategic Alliance of The Third-party Logistics Enterprises is established between the third-party logistics enterprises for the enterprises to adapt to market competition and to realize resource sharing. In this paper, based on the current situation of third party logistics enterprises in China, analyses the feasibility of establishing the third party logistics enterprise strategic alliance, and based on SWOT analysis, analyzes its feasibility, and points out that need attention in the process of establishing strategic issues, at the same time, I hope this article to our country third party logistics enterprise strategic alliance is useful to establish, in order to get the overall level of our country third party logistics enterprise strategic alliance.
