摘要商品砂浆具有品质稳定、施工高效、产品系类、性能复合化、生产规模化等显著优势，是建筑砂浆发展的主流方向，同时也是当今节能减排时代背景下国家大力倡导推广的新型建材产业。现有建筑砂浆大多为现场拌制，且细骨料多为含泥量较高、细度模数较低的特细砂，空鼓、开裂、脱落、渗漏已成为目前建筑与抹灰工程中的质量通病。为提升砂浆技术水平和工业化水平，提高砂浆工程质量，必须改变砂浆的生产形态，使砂浆生产从现场制转变为工厂生产，发展商品砂浆已成为大势所趋。50126

论文针对目前传统的建筑砂浆在施工现场的使用现状，以及商品砂浆和传统砂浆的对比，论述了在当今节约型社会使用和推广商品砂浆的必要性，阐述了预拌砂浆的品质、经济和环保等方面的优越性。发展和使用预拌商品砂浆对于落实科学发展观和构建资源节约型社会具有重要的现实意义。论文系统深入地分析了国内商品砂浆的发展历程、技术线路及发展前景，并重点调研了目前建筑砂浆生产、施工和应用中存在的主要问题与商品砂浆的推广应用现状，分析了目前发展商品砂浆的可行性与紧迫性。研究发展商品砂浆的政策、市场、技术与资源条件。确定商品砂浆的发展路线为：初期以干混砂浆为主，以外墙砖粘结砂浆、外墙外保温体系配套砂浆等技术含量和附加值较高的特种干混砂浆为突破口，着力开发高性能干混砂浆成套系统，培养干混砂浆产业，并逐步实现全面推广，促进建筑砂浆行业的升级换代。

Abstract Commercial mortar has many significant advantages such as : stable performance , high efficiency of construction, clear Categories of products ,the composite performance, large-scale production and so on . commercial mortar is the mainstream direction of development of the building mortar, it is also the new industry of building materials which advocated by our nation under the background of energy conservation and emissions reduction in modern times .Most of existing building mortar is mixed at the field , the major part of fine aggregate is the special fine sand with higher mud content and low fineness module . empty drum, crack, abscission and leakage are becoming the common problems in building and plastering engineering. To improve the technology level industrialization level of mortar and the quality of mortar engineering , we must change the production form of mortar ,making the production transformation from the s field to factory production. The development of commercial mortar is becoming the trend of The Times.

   This paper focuses on the status of current complement of traditional architectural mortar in construction site, as well as the commodity and the comparison of traditional mortar. Then, the necessity of the complement of mortar in current economical society and generalization of commercial mortar are discussed. Also, the superiority of ready-mixed mortar on the aspects of quality ,economy and environmental protection is expounded by the this paper .The development and the use of ready-mixed commercial mortar makes a practical contribution to the implement of the scientific development and construction of a resource-saving society . The paper deeply and systematically analysis the development progresses, technological lines and prospects of domestic commercial mortar, and focuses on the research to the main problems which are existing in production ,construction , and application of the current building mortar .
