摘要工程项目管理是凭借一定的条件和基础，采用科学规划和动态分析手段，目的在于达到项目目标和取得成效，以期用最小投入达到利益最大化。然而，现代大型项目工期长、技术难度大、供应商繁多给项目管理带来严峻挑战。
因此项目管理者在管理过程中纷纷运用软件来实现减少投资风险、细化管理过程、增加成本效益、加强信息沟通的目标。然而，项目管理软件种类多样，功能复杂，实际应用过程中问题也很多。如何选择合适的项目管理软件，以及如何发挥软件在管理中的作用是项目管理者必须思考的问题。50136
本文认真分析了项目管理软件应具有的功能，指出了市场上软件应用的一些不足及解决方法，总结出项目管理软件集成化、信息化是未来的发展趋势。通过介绍项目管理软件P3E/C软件集成化的思想以及具体的工程项目案例，得出了项目管理软件可以有效提升企业的管理水平、可以全面管理公司业务、加强跨部门沟通协作并有效配置和共享资源和减少计划拖延和降低企业成本。

Abstract With certain conditions ,project management which is based on scientific planning and dynamic analysis aims to achieve the project objectives .Its target is to achieve maximum benefit from minimum input. However, large projects with long duration ,high technical requirements and many suppliers brings challenges to the project management.
So project managers use software to reduce investment risks , to detail management process, to increase cost-effectiveness and to strengthen communication goals in the management process. However,there are many problems in the actual application process ,such as the variety of project management software, complex functions and so on.How to choose the right project management software, and how to play the role of software in the management of the project is a problem that managers have to think about.
In this paper, the functions had been carefully analyzed.It points out a number of deficiencies and solutions of the software applications on the market and summing up information technology is the future development trend. By introducing P3E / C software design and a specific projects case, this paper drew a conclusion that project management software can effectively improve the management level and the overall management of the company's business and strengthening interdepartmental communication and sharing resources and reducing the cost of business.
