新生代农民工生存状况调查研究

摘要：随着改革开放步伐的加快，城市工业的发展进程的也得到了快速的提高，而相比之下农村农业经济有着逐渐衰退的趋势，城乡之间对比明显。在这种情况下，越来越多的人选择从农村来到城市打工。加之科学技术的不断进步，农村剩余劳动力逐渐增加，而老一代农民工随着年龄的老化逐渐返回农村。以80后和90后为主的新生代农民开始工兴起并逐渐成为了外出农民工的中坚力量。50322

新生代农民工是一个新兴起的社会群体，具有很强的时代特征。他们与老一代的农民工相比在受教育水平上是有所提高的，然后由于城乡的二元结构的依然存在，他们的生存状况并没有得到明显的改善，仍然无法和城镇居民平等的享有社会的各项公共服务和社会保障。

基于此，本文以周口市新生代农民工生存状况作为切入点，采用实证研究的方法，向周口市的新生代民工发放问卷调查表。调查内容涵盖就业、收入、消费、居住、生活态度、休闲方式、社会保障、定居意愿以及工作期望等多个方面。旨在通过的调查分析的方式，反映周口市新生代农民工的生存现状，并且分析周口市新生代农民工生存状况中所存在的问题，进而提出对改善周口市新生代农民工生存状况的合理性建议。

Investigation on the living conditions of the new generation of migrant workers in ZhouKou City

The new generation of migrant workers is a new emerging social group, with strong characteristics of the times. They compare with the old generation of migrant workers in education level is improved, then due to the urban-rural dual structure still exists, and their living condition has not been significantly improved, is still unable to equality and urban residents enjoy social the public service and social security.

Based on this, this paper in Zhoukou City of new generation migrant workers living conditions as the breakthrough point, using empirical research method to Zhoukou City of new generation of migrant workers issued questionnaire. The survey covers employment, income, consumption, housing, attitude to life, leisure, social safeguard, willingness to settle down and work expectations etc. multiple aspects. Designed by the investigation and analysis of the way, reflecting the survival status of the new generation of migrant workers in Zhoukou City and analysis in Zhoukou City of new generation migrant workers living conditions of the existence of the problem, and then put forward to improve the Zhoukou City of new generation migrant workers living conditions of reasonable suggestions.
