摘 要:随着微信的推广,微信已渐渐成为人们互相交流的主要工具。微信5.0的出现,更是被很多企业关注,营销方式也开始往微信营销转变。作为一种新的营销方式,微信营销有着不可替代的优势,并且应用在许多行业,最近国内传统的餐饮企业也开始使用微信营销,一些企业也取得了成功。本文主要以徐州长筷子美食广场为例,来分析徐州长筷子美食广场在微信营销中所存在的问题,如微信名称不利于品牌塑造、推送信息内容的可读性低、推送单一内容的频率过高、缺乏与关注者之间的互动沟通,以及解决方案,如改变公众账号以塑造品牌形象、提高信息内容的可读性、根据消费时机调整频率、与关注者进行互动沟通等。55388
