摘要工程进度控制及网络优化的研究从出现至今,一直是项目管理的重点研究对象,也是项目成败的关键因素之一,人们对其的研究从未停止过。本文通过对国内学者提出的机动时间稳定性和传递性理论加以分析并总结,提出了机动时间是否对紧后工序产生影响的详细检索步骤,给出了网络中具有机动时间稳定性或传递性工序对紧后工序是否影响的简易判别方法和证明过程。结合算例进行科学的计算,证明了检索步骤的可靠性。同时基于上述影响的存在,对规避影响的方法进行了详细的探究,对费用-工期的各种优化方法的适用环境进行了分析和评价。提出方法的选择要根据项目实际情况而定,不能一概而论。小项目可以选择线性规划法或整数规划法;大项目则选择网络流量法;复杂的大项目则选择遗传算法。56099
