摘要：会展旅游作为当前会展市场的一个新兴的旅游项目，受到越来越多的国家和组织的重视。就世界会展市场而言，目前，国外会展旅游企业在国际市场中的份额已经开始下降，这标志着我国开拓会展旅游市场的大好时机即将来临，也意着国内各旅游城市的会展机遇已悄然而至，只要认清自身优势，抓住时机，每个城市都有机会在会展旅游业立足，并稳步前进。徐州市旅游资源多样，人文、自然兼备，经济发展多年来在苏北城市中持续领先，具备发展会展旅游的各项基础条件，只是目前欠缺整套完善的开发措施与方案，行业发展仍处于初级阶段，若加以合理规划与安排，徐州市完全有能力将会展旅游业做大做强。本文运用IPA满意度调查研究方法，调查消费者对徐州市会展旅游业重要因素的满意度，以SPSS统计软件为工具，进行深入研究， 结合数据分析徐州市会展旅游业发展现状以及优势和劣势所在，并在此数据基础上给出促进徐州市会展旅游业稳步发展的可行性建议。56804

Abstract: Mice tourism has become a new form of tourism in the world tourism industry,and it is getting more and more attention around the world.In terms of the word exhibition market at present, the share of foreign mice tourism enterprises in the international market has began to decline. This marked the great opportunity of mice tourism market in China is coming,and it also means that the tourist city exhibition opportunities has quietly coming. As long as to recognize their own advantages, seize the moment, every city has an opportunity in the convention and exhibition tourism and steady progress. Xuzhou has perse tourism resources,humanities, and natural resources.It has leading the economic growth of sustained years in the north cities of Subei. With all the conditions for the development of MICE tourism,Xuzhou just lack of comprehensive package of measures and programs to develop,so the development of the industry is still in its infancy.With rational planning and arrangements, Xuzhou MICE tourism will be fully capable of bigger and stronger. In this paper, IPA Satisfaction Survey Research Methods will be used to surveys the consumer satisfaction of important factors in Xuzhou MICE industry.Then we will take SPSS statistical software as a tool to carry out in-depth study, and analysis of MICE industry development status in Xuzhou,also to find where the strengths and weaknesses are. On the basis of the dates,advices to promote the healthy and rapid development of the MICE industry in Xuzhou will be given.
