中国银行跨境电商支付的模式特征及拓展路径

摘要：随着国内电子商务的快速发展以及人们消费水平的日渐提高，很多国内消费者已经有明显的跨境网上消费的倾向。但是，支付安全问题成为跨境电子商务中的一大瓶颈。随着国内第三方支付机构的崛起，银行业从直接支付方式被迫转移入间接参与支付方式，支付职能逐步递减。银行业与第三方机构之争逐渐展开，银行业需要改变自己来应对这一新兴市场。因此，本文以中国银行为例对国内现阶段的跨境电商支付模式做出分析，并结合国外成功案例，对国内银行业未来跨境电商支付方面的拓展路径提出意见，分别从交易环境建设、平台优化、与第三方机构和谐互利几方面展开，希望对中国银行的发展具有一定的现实指导意义。 56843

The Characteristic and Development Path of Cross-border Electricity Payment Pattern—Take BOC for Example
Abstract: With the rapid development of e-commerce and consumption level in China, many consumers have a tendency to cross-border online consumption. However, payment issue is still one of the problems of cross-border e-commerce. As the rise of the third party payment institutions, Banks were forced to enter indirect participation from direct payment stage payment, payment functions gradually weakened. So Banks have to struggle with the third party payment institutions. Banks need to change themselves to cope with the new markets. In this case, the text makes a brief analysis of the Cross-border Electricity Payment pattern. And taking example of BOC and foreign successful cases, finding the problems according to the result of marketing research and then give some advises on it so as to do some good to the development of BOC.
