摘  要：当今中国社会信任缺失问题越发频繁，已引起了大家的普遍关注。社会信任关系贯穿着整个社会，它不仅可以促进社会经济效率的提高，还可以提高政府的能力，最终促进社会的发展。当前，我国社会信任范围不断延伸，信任种类不断增加，但存在着严重的信任危机。究其原因，我国的法制体系不够完善，道德约束力也严重下降，再加上市场经济的冲击，人与人之间的信任越来越淡薄。针对这些问题，必须采取相应的重建对策，首先要建立和完善相应的信任体系，其次行政、司法机关等国家机关机关机关率先垂范，积极培育和引导践行核心价值观，同时建立完善赏罚机制，以促进社会信任。59045

The Reasons of Current Social Mistrust and Countermeasures for Rehabilitation in China

Abstract: The China lack of social trust problems become increasingly frequent, has aroused widespread concern in everybody. Social trust relationship throughout the whole society, it not only can promote the social economic efficiency, but also can improve the ability of the government, and ultimately promote the development of the society.At present,the range of our social trust is extended constantly and kinds of trust increase continuously,but it also exists serious trust crisis. Because the  legal system of our country is not perfect and the moral force is also a serious decline, coupled with the impact of market economy that weak the trust between people increasingly .To solve these problems, this paper make corresponding countermeasures of reconstruction.The first is to establish and perfect the corresponding trust system, secondly, the judicial administrative organs and other state organs organs lead, guide actively cultivate and practice the core values.meanwhile,we also need to establish and perfect the system of rewards and punishments, to promote social trust.and kinds of trust increase continuously,but it also exists serious trust crisis. This article which discusses and analyses the present situation of social trust and the causes of mistrust proposes scheme to improve the social trust system and promote the steady development of a harmonious society.

随着各种改革的深入，中国在发展，我国的社会也在发生变化，我国的经济发展举世瞩目，人们的生活水平正在提高，我国的文化、教育等软实力正与世界接轨，我们可以了解更多的新鲜的、外来的文化，吸收好的文化，与传统美德相结合，摒除坏的文化。我国综合实力逐步增强。同时，我们也必须明白，由于各种因素的影响，我国社会信任缺失已经严重威胁到了我国社会的发展，影响了社会成员的生活水平，阻碍了中国社会各领域的改革。比如商品信任危机、人和人交往的信任缺失以及民与政府之间的不信任问题等等，这些都是不可忽略的问题。分析社会信任缺失的成因，能充分了解社会信任缺失的问题，对重构社会信任机制具有重要的意义。

一、社会信任缺失的表现

信任被认为是一种依赖关系 ，是指对个人或事实的诚实、长处、能力和担保等有意愿之信赖，是人与人交往过程不可缺少的部分。社会信任是人们在社会活动和交往过程形成的一种理性化的交往态度，是在共同价值观基础上的相互认同的一种价值心理。这一心理行为发生在人与人、人与政府、人与组织之间。社会信任关系贯穿着整个社会且容易破裂，往往重构这种信任关系是比较困难的。郭美美炫富事件引发中国红十字会信任危机，这件事在很大程度上给中国社会敲上了一个警钟，引发各界对社会信任缺失这一社会问题的高度关注。纵观整个社会,社会信任缺失具体表现在以下几个方面: 我国当前社会信任缺失的原因及重建对策:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_64079.html
