大学生抗压能力调查

摘要抗压能力就是在外界压力下处理事务的能力。我国大部分大学生在面对社会高速发展的高压下，已经有了一定的适应能力，但仍有一部分大学生不能适应高压环境，出现一系列负面现象，不得不引起大家的进一步重视和更加深入的思考。探讨大学生抗压能力，寻找其压力源及影响抗压能力强弱的因素，以形成对抗压能力这一问题的正确了解和认识，是本研究的目的所在。

问卷调查法是本研究采用的主要方法。通过发放问卷的方式获得在校大学生有关抗压能力影响因素方面的数据。调查问卷主要从心理状态不同、情绪变化、压力源不同和社交方式不同四个维度来测量不同性别、年级的现代大学生的抗压能力。经过数据回收整理分析，得出以下两个结论：60093

一是不同性别的现代大学生的抗压能力不同。男生的心理更坚韧，相比女生来说在面对外界压力时抗压能力更强一些。

二是不同年级的现代大学生的抗压能力有着明显的区别。随着年级的增长，现代大学生的抗压能力也在显著提高。经过了大学四年的学习和磨练，大四学生的抗压能力明显比大一年级的要强。

Title A Research of Ability to Work Under Press of University Students

Abstract

The ability to work under press is under press from the outside handle affairs. Most of our students have a certain ability to adapt the social pressures of rapid development. But there are still more students can not adapt the high-pressure environment, leading to a series of negative phenomenon. It will have drawn further attention and a more in-depth thinking. Exploring the resilience and find the pressure source and the factors that affect the strengths and weaknesses of the work under press is the purpose of this study to get some correct knowledge of work under press.

Questionnaire survey is the main method used in this study. Through the issuance of the questionnaire, I can obtain the data about the affecting factors of the work under press. Here are four different dimensions, different psychological condition, emotion changes, different pressure source and different ways of social, to measure the work under press in different gender and grade. After finishing the data recovery analysis, here are the following two conclusions:

Firstly, contemporary college students of different gender have different work under press. Compared with girls, boys always have tough psychological and strengthen work under press when they are faced with the outside pressure.

Secondly, modern university students of different grade have different work under press. With the growth of grades, the compressive strength of modern college students are significantly increased. After experienced many tribulations, the work under press of a senior student is stronger than the freshman.
