摘要在知识竞争的背景下，机械行业需要用知识地图的方式对企业内外的知识资源进行有效的管理。本文主要介绍制造企业知识地图的构建方法。知识地图是一个知识的检索平台，能根据用户的需要快速准确的链接到企业的知识库。企业中知识存在的方式多种多样，对于隐形知识、非结构化的知识要将其显性化，使其便于在地图中检索引用。而显性知识要提取其关键词，并对其进行标引。对于一些有经验、有技能的专家，要对其建立技能标签，在企业需要建立项目组时能很容易根据项目需要搜索到适合的专家团队。以Web的框架建立知识地图能实现对知识资源更有效的管理。60356

Abstract

In the context of knowledge competition, the machinery industry needs knowledge map to manage its knowledge resources effectly. This paper describes the manufacturing method of constructing knowledge map. Knowledge map is a knowledge retrieval platform which can quickly and accurately link to the corporate knowledge base according to the user's needs. Enterprise knowledge exists in a variety of ways, unstructured knowledge should be explicited, making it easy to retrieve the map references. Explicit knowledge should be extracted words and indexed. Buidling labels of the experienced and skilled experts’ skills to make it easy to form project groups when companies need. Establish a framework for the Web knowledge map can achieve more effective management of knowledge resources.
