摘要转眼新型农村合作医疗已经实施了第十个年头，在这十年中，农民看病难看病贵的问题得到了相对改善，取得了显著效果，但也存在问题和不足。本研究依据蛟河市（县）前进乡新农合实施现状进行实地调研，运用问卷调查和个案访谈的方法将受访者按照家庭经济情况做对比分析，梳理该地区新农合实施效果，并从调查中发现新农合制度在实施背后可能存在的导致农民不能得到应有保障的因素，为早日真正实现农民医有所保做出贡献。66414

Abstract
The new type rural cooperative medicare system has been implemented for a decade. In the past, it is too difficult and expensive to go to hospital for a farmer in China, but this problem bas been improved in this decade. Although it has a good effect, it also has many problems. This study is based on the new type rural cooperative medicare of Qian Jin Township,Jiao He city, the research adopts the way of Questionnaire and Case Interview, it makes a Comparative analysis of farmer’s household income, finding the effect and problems of The new type rural cooperative medicare in this area and make more contribute to farmers.
