摘要本文通过研究江苏省2000年至2014年经济城镇化、社会城镇化和生态城镇化的发展以及13个地级市的区域分析得出目前江苏省整体上经济发展迅速，社会城镇化和生态城镇化也在加速发展但幅度没有经济增长那么快，总体协调度还有待提高，地级市间呈现明显的苏南苏中和苏北的地域差异，江苏省日后发展要根据现状并结合中国推进新型城镇化的新形势为未来的发展提供转变方向，均衡经济、社会和生态的关系，以提高城镇化发展的综合水平，加快新型城镇化的发展速度，为政府政策提供理论支持。72102

New Urbanization Development Based on Ecological Civilization Perspective In Jiangsu
Abstract Based on the study of jiangsu province from 2000 to 2014, during the ecomomic urbanization, the social urbanization and the ecological urbanization and 13 level city area analysis concluded that the overall rapid economic development in jiangsu province, social and ecological urbanization and accelerating the urbanization development but not so fast economic growth, overall coordination level needs to be improved, the prefecture level between present obvious regional difference of the confrontation in the south of jiangsu and northern jiangsu, jiangsu province, according to the present situation and future development in combination with the new situation of China to promote the new urbanization provide a change of direction for the future development of balanced economic, social and ecological relationship, to improve the comprehensive level of urbanization development, speed up the development of urbanization in the new, provide theory support for the government policy。
