摘要：大学生国家助学金是教育社会救助中的重要组成部分。随着高考制度恢复，高等教育也在不断地发展，招生规模不断扩张，与此同时，困难学生的问题日益突出。助学金政策的出现就是为了不让学生因为经济问题而无法完成学业，因此关于国家助学金政策实施效果是一个值得探讨的课题。本文以大学为例，分别对领取助学金的同学进行问卷调查，对接触助学金工作的老师和同学进行访谈，了解目前国家助学金政策的实施效果现状以及所存在的问题，并针对问题从政策实施者（学校）和政策受助者（学生）两个角度入手提出相应的解决方案。72213

Research on the implementation effect of college student state grants policy
Abstract：College student state grants are an important part of educational social assistance。 With the restoration of the college entrance examination system, higher education is also constantly developing, the scale of enrollment continues to expand, at the same time, difficult students increasingly prominent problems。 The emergence of the policy is to prevent students from being able to complete their studies because of economic problems。 Therefore, how to make the implementation of the college student state grants better is a question worthy of study。 In this paper, taking as an example, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the students who received the college student state grants, interviewed teachers and students who contacted the college student state grants work, and learned about the present situation of the implementation of the current college student state grants policy and the existing problems。 Policy implementers (schools) and policy recipients (students) two angles to start the corresponding solution。
