摘要城镇化是当今经济发展中最受瞩目的议题，而在城市化快速发展过程中，城镇用地供需矛盾突出，由此，引发城镇用地过度扩张这一现象。城镇用地扩张空间适宜性评价是城市总体规划的重要内容，在此基础上，本文针对徐州市睢宁县城镇用地扩张进行适宜性评价。通过分析总结国内外城镇用地扩张适宜性评价的相关理论和方法，确定了城镇用地扩张空间适宜性的评价因子、研究模型以及在GIS的技术平台上的分析评价方法。72313

本文主要阐述了研究背景、研究内容、研究方法、研究意义、研究区的自然概况和土地利用状况，并对相关概念作出了解释，论述了GIS技术为空间适宜性评价提供了技术支持。综合多方面影响因素确定了评价因子，并对评价因子和权重展开了讨论。

以丰富的数据基础，基于GIS技术对各评价因子进行空间化处理，再通过叠加分析得出最终城镇用地扩张空间适宜性的图像，并对城镇扩张用地进行适宜性分类，得出各类别土地面积以及所占比例，分析最终评价结果。最终结果表明，引入城镇用地扩张空间适宜性评价可以丰富城市总体规划，从而使空间配置更加合理，以此达到土地资源的合理利用。

The Spatial Suitability Evaluation of Urban Sprawl for Suining County

Abstract Urbanization is one of the most high-profile issues in the modern economic development, and in the process of rapid urbanization, the contradiction between supply and demand of urban land use is brilliant, thus causing this phenomenon is urban sprawl。 Urban sprawl spatial suitability evaluation is an important part of the overall urban planning, on this basis, this paper about urban sprawl suitability evaluation of Xuzhou Suining。 By analyzing the suitability evaluation of urban sprawl in China and related theory and method of determining the suitability evaluation of urban land expansion space factor, research model and the GIS technology platform on the analysis and evaluation methods。

This article mainly expounds the research background, research contents, research methods, research significance, the natural conditions and land use conditions of study area, and explains the related concept, this paper discusses the GIS suitability evaluation provides technical support for the space。 Comprehensive various influencing factors determine the evaluation factors, and the evaluation factors and weights are discussed。

Based on abundant data and the GIS technology for each evaluation factor space, and then through the overlay analysis finally suitability of image space, urban sprawl and urban expansion, land suitability classification, don't draw all kinds of land area and the proportion, analysis of the final evaluation results。 Final results show that the introduction of space suitability evaluation of urban sprawl can enrich the overall urban planning, to make the space configuration is more reasonable, to achieve the rational use of land resources。
