摘要：大学生村官计划是缓解大学生就业危机、促进农村经济发展和社会zhuyi新农 村建设的重要政策，该政策的搬出对新农村的可持续发展、全面建设小康社会提 供了良好的帮助，起着十分重要的作用。但由于大学生村官自身、大学生村官的 服务对象和大学生村官的工作伙伴等各方面的原因，导致大学生村官这项计划增 加了许多困难，最根本的原因是大学生村官角色的认知上出现了许多问题，本文 通过访谈法从大学生村官自身、大学生村官的服务对象和大学生村官的工作伙伴 的研究角度对大学生村官角色认知进行分析，并总结出诸多影响大学生角色认知 的因素，提出能优化大学生村官角色认知的合理化的建议。73959
