徐州市经济适用房建设现状及发展趋势分析

摘要住房问题是关系国计民生的根本问题，解决人民群众的购房问题对于社会的稳定发展有着巨大意义。经济适用房作为我国保障性住房体系的重要组成部分，在过去十余年的实践中，对解决城市中低收入家庭住房困难、调控房地产市场等问题发挥了巨大的作用。但是政策在实施中也出现了如供求不平衡、项目选址偏远、政府监管不到位等种种问题，经济适用房的探索发展仍是一个较长的过程。本文通过对徐州市区经济适用房项目区位、供给、配套设施建设等方面进行整理分析，对徐州市区经济适用房建设中出现的问题及其对策和未来发展趋势进行了探讨。74486

The Analysis of Current Conditions and Developing Tendency of the Construction of Affordable Housing in Xuzhou

Abstract Housing issues are the fundamental problems associated with the national economy and the people's livelihood, and addressing the purchase of property is of great significance to stable social development。 As an important part of Chinese indemnificatory housing system, the affordable housing has played a great role in solving problems over the past decades, such as housing difficulties of low-income urban families, regulations of the real estate market and so on。 However, in the process of policy implementation, there emerges supply-demand imbalance, remote project sites, poor government supervision, and some other problems。 The exploration development of affordable housing is still a relatively long process。 This essay arranges and analyzes the location, supply, supporting facility construction and other aspects of Xuzhou’s urban affordable housing projects, and explores the challenges, solutions and future development trend of them。
